Cabot's own rates page limits non-resort guests to booking 14 days before the desired tee time — a much shorter runway than resort guests get. Peak-season Links and Cliffs rates start around CAD $450, falling to roughly CAD $220 in the early and late season, with twilight and 9-hole rates lower again. Add 14% Harmonized Sales Tax to every green fee; the headline number is not the final price. Same-day replay rounds cannot be booked more than 40 days ahead in weekend, mid and peak periods. No deposit is needed, but cancelling inside 48 hours is charged in full.
