Quinta do Lago — North Course
Overview
Why it matters
The North Course gives Quinta do Lago a more strategic, modern counterpoint to South. Its redesign sharpened bunkering, widened selected landing areas, and placed greater emphasis on angle, elevation, and choosing the right side of fairways before attacking large, expressive greens.
For luxury travelers, North is the round that keeps an Algarve itinerary from feeling purely ornamental. It is scenic and welcoming, but the better player quickly discovers that careless positioning leaves awkward approaches. Pair it with South for the classic two-course Quinta do Lago conversation.
